What I eat makes who I am ?





It's important to see how the food effects to our body and we should understand
and learn how to eat healthy food .
We have to learn that how to eat the right balance of healthy foods and do not
use the food that is not healthy for us !

Our body is like a car so we need to maintain it well , we can do that with
planing to eat healthy things .
Fruit , vegetables , dairy foods , proteins , fat , sugar and vitamins are
the things that our body needs it and it is necessary to our body to use them.

The important thing is water that makes up about 75% of our body so
we have to drink water as much as it is possible . We can find water
in fruits and vegetables too therefor drinking water is an important
thing to keep our body healthy .

If we Keeps our brain healthy so we can take in information and retain it
and when our body is healthy we can live a long time.
